Very friendly staff, the private pick up makes it very easy getting to and from. Check in process was very easy. The helicopter tour was awesome. Especially flying over the palm, can get some really awesome pictures. Just prepare for it to take about a half of day. As anything there is a wait process and the pick up time wasn’t punctual to when booking, the staff does give you a heads up on the actual pick up time. It was a great experience, glad I was able to do it.
